Qualifications

• RN with active license (US).
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families and promote self-care.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and document in the medical record.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Provide emotional support and supervise care team as needed.
• Respond to code situations and stabilize patients.
