Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. Collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities include coordination of care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice and state

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to obtain required department competencies and certifications.
