Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care to residents, following the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and deliver care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

The role may include charge nurse duties, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring safe, reliable care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse.
