Job summary

Good Samaritan Society is a not-for-profit organization with a century-long record of housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment. The RN provides individualized care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care within licensed standards.

The role may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks and ensuring safe, comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (or multi-state if applicable).
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
