Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patients' conditions.
• Assists with the care plan and takes appropriate actions to promote patient outcomes.
• Delivers care as outlined, applying independent judgment where appropriate.
• Maintains documentation of patient assessment, changes in condition, care delivered, and incidents.
