Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm) to join the patient care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, serving as a frontline liaison among patients, families, and providers to ensure compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (single-state) or compact license valid in SC.
• BLS certification required for employment.
• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, assesses, and plans patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Delivers high-quality nursing care and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and adheres to confidentiality and safety policies.
