Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• All required licenses and certifications must be obtained on hire (RN, BLS).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and plan patient care; coordinate with the care team.
• Deliver and evaluate the care plan, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care plans, changes in condition, and interventions.
• Communicate with families, licensed staff, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
