Job summary

North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts to join our team. The role supports resident health and well-being through skilled clinical care, monitoring, and individualized care plans in a 100-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Massachusetts.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care per nursing practice standards and physician's plan of treatment and the written plan of care.
Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
Monitor and assess residents, reporting changes promptly to clinical team members.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders, policies, and standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
