River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled care and monitor residents under individualized care plans. The role supports compassionate, resident-centered nursing within a supportive team.

Qualified candidates hold an active Massachusetts RN license and BLS; prior experience with documentation and clinical assessment is valued. Full-time and part-time shifts are available in a caring facility environment.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
