Palm Springs Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts. Full-time and per-diem opportunities available with shifts including 11-7 and per diem 7-3, 3-11. Daily pay offered. $40–$48 per hour all-inclusive plus $3 shift diff.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents, report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
