Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to physician's plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
