The RN will provide skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and implement individualized care plans in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. The role requires an active MA RN license, valid BLS CPR, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plans and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
