Gilroy Healthcare Center is seeking an RN for the Sunday-Tuesday NOC shift. The role provides leadership for nursing staff and guides patient care, with emphasis on collaboration with physicians and proper documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN License, with at least 1 year of nursing experience and strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive health benefits.

Formación

• Current California RN License in good standing
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication
• Ability to lead by example with a professional demeanor

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with attending physicians to provide patient care and document progress notes
• Oversees LVNs, CNAs and other clinical staff in nursing procedures per physician orders
• Reviews nurses’ notes for accuracy and alignment with orders and resident wishes
• Administers treatments and medications, starts IVs, and documents care
• Interprets diagnostics to identify and assess patients’ conditions
• Collaborates with nursing staff to create a Plan of Care for patients
• Maintains a kind, safe work environment and escalates concerns to the Administrator
