Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

• 2+ years' experience as RN/LPN in a nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee the med cart.
• Make rounds to assess care quality, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage building operations for the assigned shift.
• Coordinate nursing policies and staff training; support DON and administration.
