Steelville Care and Rehab is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality resident care in our senior living facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support the nursing team to ensure comfort and safety for residents.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, a $800 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time staff, shift differentials, PTO after 30 days, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive health coverage.

• Must hold valid Missouri CNA certification.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists resident with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distance in facility.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services.
• Meets the communication needs of resident and family.
• Communicates to nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

• Nights 6:00pm to 6:00am
