Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's Crosby Clinic in Crosby, MN is seeking an RN to oversee patient care in the Coumadin clinic, perform assessments, education, vaccines, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR. Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care in the Coumadin clinic and provide assessments, education, and interventions.
• Administer medications and vaccines per established protocols.
• Document accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Serve as a communications link between patients, physicians and other departments; support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with CMAs and LPNs; participate in disease management and Quality Committee activities.
