The RN Clinic Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in direct and indirect patient care within our healthcare facility. This includes performing various medical procedures, administering medications, operating medical equipment, and providing comprehensive patient education. The position serves as a crucial link between patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care. QualificationsEducation and Experience

Required

• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• For CLIA: Able to provide diploma of highest degree obtained (minimum of High School diploma)
• X-Ray Operator Certificate within 1 year of hire
• Minnesota RN license

Preferred

• Bachelor's of Nursing
• Prior clinic nursing experience

The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
