Job summary

Endeavor Health in Highland Park, IL seeks an RN - ICU for a full-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends. This role provides nursing care across patient populations and uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care, while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Licensed in IL is required; BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers is required.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Hours: 7pm-7:30am (Night shift), w/ rotating weekends

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required




• Education: BSN degree preferred
