Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time placement with a Long-Term Acute Care partner in Tyler, Texas. You’ll provide care to medically complex patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients in LTAC.
• Collaborate with doctors and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term recovery.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
