Vibra Permanent Staffing in Longview, Texas, seeks experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time role with a trusted LTAC partner. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

This position offers a competitive salary with shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and PTO. BLS is required; ACLS within 90 days of hire; 1+ year of acute care/LTAC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
