Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a trusted LTAC partner. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients in a specialty LTAC setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines
