Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Louisiana RN license and BLS.
• ACLS and PALS within first 6 months; CPI and NIH Stroke Scale within first year.

Responsibilities

• Clinical practice and care management.
• Psychosocial/physiologic assessments integrated with care.
• Develop, implement, and revise care plans; educate patients and families.
• Discharge planning and patient education across the continuum.
• Document all patient care activities per standards.
