Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana RN license with BLS; ACLS and PALS within first 6 months.
• CPI and NIH Stroke Scale certifications within first year.
• Proficient in English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Computer literacy expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe therapeutic nursing care in a holistic, systematic manner and educate patients and families.
• Assess psychosocial and physiologic needs; plan education and discharge.
• Formulate and tailor care plans based on patient trends and needs.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes and documentation.
