Job summary

FMOLHS is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe therapeutic care in a holistic, patient-centered manner for our Louisiana community.

The RN will assess patients, develop and implement plans of care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes. Current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification required; English proficiency and computer skills expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana State license as RN with BLS certification.
• Proficient in English language, verbal and written communication skills, computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Practice and Care Management: perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments and tailor care plans to patient needs.
• Documentation: record all patient care activities per standards and assist the team.
• Communication and collaboration: consistently coordinate with patients, families, and health care team to maximize outcomes.
