Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the ICU/CCU. The RN will provide professional nursing care during night shifts, coordinating with the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Candidates must have AR RN license and BLS; ACLS and PALS within 6 months. TNCC and ENPC are preferred or must be pursued per timeline. Strong English communication and critical care experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform frequent, systematic assessments (at least every two hours) and update care plans.

• Recognize emergencies; interpret EKG and apply relevant therapies used in ICU/CCU.
• Administer, titrate, and document critical care infusions.
• Care for immediate post-anesthesia patients per PACU guidelines.

Job Summary

Provide professional nursing care using the full nursing process for patients in a critical care setting. Coordinate care planning with other disciplines while functioning under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

• Care for immediate post-anesthesia patients when assigned and follow PACU guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Required

• Current Arkansas RN license.
• BLS at hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications (or commitment to obtain per department timeline).

Preferred

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience (critical care strongly preferred).

Compensation & Schedule

Status: Full-time (PRN/part-time may be considered).

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts with potential nights/weekends/holidays and call per unit needs.
