Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Float Pool

Provide high-acuity nursing care across ICUs and step-down units by assessing, planning, and evaluating complex patient needs. Manage advanced therapies including ventilators and titratable drips, and respond quickly to rapidly changing clinical conditions. Float to multiple critical care areas while delivering safe, evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
