Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an ICU Resource Team float role. You will provide expert, evidence-based care across multiple ICUs, adapting to changing acuity and staffing needs.

Responsibilities include continuous patient assessment, ventilator support, medication management, and participation in codes/rapid responses while mentoring newer staff and improving patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Strong critical care and ICU competencies.
• Proficiency in monitoring, infusion/medication management, ventilator care, and hemodynamic support.
• Ability to respond effectively in high-acuity emergencies (codes/rapid responses).
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership/mentoring abilities.
