Vetted Solutions in North Port, FL is seeking an RN for an ICU Float Pool to provide high-acuity care across multiple ICUs. You will assess critically ill patients, develop and implement evidence-based nursing plans, and deliver complex care with advanced monitoring equipment.

You will collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team, administer complex medications, and educate patients and families to support their care decisions.

Formación

• Current RN licensure
• ICU/critical care experience with strong clinical judgement
• Ability to quickly adapt to different ICU workflows and specialties
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-family support skills
• Strong knowledge of critical care interventions and monitoring

RN Registered Nurse – ICU Float Pool

Provide high-acuity care in an ICU float pool across multiple intensive care units. Assess critically ill patients, develop and implement evidence-based nursing plans, and deliver complex care using advanced monitoring equipment. Administer complex medication regimens and adjust interventions based on evolving patient needs and different ICU specialties.
