Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Float Pool RN to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care across multiple inpatient units. You will assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and document care in the EHR.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, adapt quickly to new units, and support safe staffing across units while delivering excellent patient-centered care to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
• Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy.
