Qualifications

• Current RN licensure is required.
• Experience in critical care (ICU or step-down).
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid-response skills.
• Proficiency managing ventilators and titratable drips.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and develop/implement nursing care plans; evaluate outcomes.
• Provide critical care support, including ventilator management and titration of IV infusions.
• Recognize and respond to clinical changes with escalation and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Deliver care aligned with evidence-based practice and unit standards.
