Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and care for critically ill or unstable patients
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans
• Educate patients and their families about conditions and care plans
