Job summary

Incredible Health in Union City, TN is hiring an RN for the Critical Care unit. Nurses with ICU experience and strong critical thinking are encouraged to apply for day or night shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

You will monitor patients, operate life-support equipment, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans. Eligible benefits include health insurance, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree is required.
• Active unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene.
• Monitor critically ill and unstable patients.

• Educate patients and families about condition and plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient\'s condition and care plan

Salary: $48,920 to $94,687 /year
