Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in Marietta, GA to support patients in our Level 1 trauma accredited hospital network. Duties include rapid assessment, monitoring of life-threatening conditions, managing ventilation and cardiac monitoring, and collaboration with physicians to implement care plans.

The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred. Benefits include health, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
