Incredible Health in Tucson, AZ is hiring an experienced RN - Critical Care to monitor and treat patients with life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Candidates must have an ADN or higher degree and an active RN license, with ACLS preferred. You will collaborate with physicians, handle advanced equipment, and support families while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have ADN or higher nursing degree
• Active RN license in good standing
• 1+ year ICU/critical care experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Able to work under stress and manage rapidly changing conditions

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, vital signs and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• day shift, night shift, and mid shift

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Salary: $61,340 to $100,360 /year
