Responsibilities include rapidly assessing critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs, and managing life-support equipment while collaborating with physicians to implement care plans. Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of ICU experience (preferred).
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient’s condition and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
