Job summary

Incredible Health in Hanford, CA is seeking an RN with Critical Care experience to join our hospitals network on the day shift. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

You'll work in high-acuity units, manage life-support systems, administer meds, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1+ years ICU/critical care experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
