Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in Lakeway, TX. The role supports patients with life-threatening conditions in a high-acuity unit, working across day and night shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, and familiarity with critical care equipment. ACLS training is preferred, with strong teamwork and stress-management abilities essential for success.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing is required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
• 1+ years of ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians on care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift
