Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in the Washington, DC area to support patients with high acuity in a hospital setting. You will work on fast-paced units, using advanced life-support equipment and collaborating with physicians and care teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, and 1+ year ICU experience; ACLS is preferred. Strong communication and the ability to handle stress will help you succeed in this

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift

Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications

  • Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
  • Administer medications and other treatments
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
