Incredible Health in Corona, CA is hiring an RN - Critical Care to join a busy hospital team. The role requires strong ICU skills and the ability to manage life-support equipment, coordinate with physicians, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required or equivalent.
• Active RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rapid patient assessments and intervene accordingly.
• Monitor critically ill patients and manage life-threatening conditions.
• Operate and troubleshoot life-support and monitoring equipment.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and coordinate care plans with the team.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatments.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
