Job summary

Incredible Health in Reno, NV is actively hiring an RN - Critical Care. The role requires ADN or higher nursing education, an active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred. You will rapidly assess patients, monitor critical cases, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients; intervene as needed.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments per care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Salary: $60,550 to $100,990 /year
