Incredible Health is actively recruiting an RN for Critical Care in Methuen, MA. The role covers day, night, and mid shifts with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will care for critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians, and participate in rapid response scenarios in a community hospital setting. Applicants should have an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Salary: $61,470 to $151,310 /year
