Incredible Health is hiring for RN - Critical Care in the Washington, DC area. Nurses with ICU experience are encouraged to apply for day, night, and mid shifts in full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

Qualifications include ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, 1+ years ICU experience, ACLS preferred, and the ability to work under stress. Responsibilities include rapid patient assessment, monitoring critically ill patients, managing life-support systems, and educating families.

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
