You will collaborate with physicians, manage life‑support systems, administer medications, and educate families about care plans. Exceptional communication and teamwork are essential for success in this fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• ADN or higher degree in nursing is required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable, or life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
