Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring for an RN - Critical Care in Neptune, NJ. Multiple shifts available (day, night, mid) with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Nurses with ICU experience and ACLS preferred will provide high-level patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to monitor critically ill patients, manage life-support systems, and educate families about care plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to function under stress and manage critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene as needed.
• Monitor and care for critically ill and unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and monitors.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments; collaborate on care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
