Incredible Health in Framingham, MA is hiring an RN - Critical Care for a hospital setting, with day, night, and mid shifts. The role offers multiple employment types: full-time, part-time and per diem.

The ideal candidate will have an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred. You will work under pressure, use advanced ICU equipment, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
