Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in Holmdel, NJ. The role supports patients with critical conditions across day, night, and mid shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

Candidates should have ADN or higher, active RN licensure, ICU experience, ACLS preferred, and the ability to work under stress. Responsibilities include rapid assessment, monitoring life-support systems, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to implement care

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
