Job summary

Incredible Health in Montclair, NJ is hiring an RN for critical care with ICU experience. Night shifts available for full-time or part-time in a high-acuity environment.

The role requires an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and comfort with advanced equipment. ACLS certification is preferred. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver timely, evidence-based care and educate families as part of the care plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care, Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
