Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in Mission Viejo, CA. The role focuses on rapid assessment, monitoring of critically ill patients, and coordinating complex care plans in collaboration with physicians and teams.

Ideal candidates have ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience; ACLS credentials are preferred. The position may offer full-time, part-time, or per diem arrangements.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
• 1+ years ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care for critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and health-care professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
