Incredible Health in Washington, DC area is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care. The nurse will monitor and manage patients in critical condition, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and respond to emergencies.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license. ICU experience and ACLS are preferred. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of critical care ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving, with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Care for critically ill or unstable patients and those with life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to plan care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
