Incredible Health is actively hiring RN - Critical Care in the Brighton area of Boston, MA. We are seeking nurses with ICU experience to provide high-level care to critically ill patients.

Qualifications include ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license; ACLS preferred. Roles available: day and night shifts, full-time, part-time, and per diem. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO and tuition assistance. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 per year.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift
